A beautifully clean mixed-varietal washed lot from Honduras.

Situated close to the border with El Salvador, the Honduran farmers of the Copan region have been cultivating their crops here for generations. Across the slopes of the Celaque mountain, producers maintain that growing coffee is not just a way of making a living, but a true way of life and an integral part of their culture.

With a history of innovation in the organisation of drying and milling infrastructure in Honduras, the area has seen huge, positive impacts in both quality and stability over the years. In Corquin today we see more clearly separated profiles, with IH90, Catimor, Catuai and Lempira on offer, with all lots maintaining an incredible level of consistency year-on-year.
