Edgar Meneses and Marleny Lasso are a couple who co-owns Finca Los Idolos, a farm from Brucelas, a small community in Buesaco, Nariño. They process their coffee together, and like most producers in the region they have their own micro beneficio. The coffees are hand picked in several passes through the season. The skin and fruit are removed with a small mechanical de-pulper. The beans are then fermented and washed in small tanks for 12–14 hours. They are then dried in parabolic dryers at the farm.
